Privacy Policy

TKP Innovative Solutions, LLC dba Meridian Operations Group

Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Last Updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TKP Innovative Solutions, LLC dba Meridian Operations Group ("Meridian Operations Group," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.themeridianopsgroup.com (the "Site"), take our online quiz or assessment, book a call, use our chat feature, respond to our advertisements, or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services").

We provide business-to-business operations and supply chain margin consulting to consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, and logistics companies. Our Site is intended for business professionals acting on behalf of their organizations.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to the Site;
  • Prospective clients and their representatives who complete our quiz, booking forms, chat, or contact forms;
  • People who respond to our advertisements on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or LinkedIn, including through in-platform lead forms; and
  • People who receive email or text message (SMS) communications from us.

It does not apply to information we handle on behalf of clients under a signed consulting agreement. That information is governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement and any confidentiality or data protection terms in it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Quiz and assessment information: your name, business email address, company name, job title, and your answers to quiz or assessment questions about your company's operations, supply chain, and margins.
  • Booking information: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), company, the time you select, and any notes or answers you provide when you schedule a consultation through our GoHighLevel calendar or Calendly.
  • Chat and contact information: the content of messages you send through our chat widget, contact forms, or email, along with any contact details you include.
  • Phone number and messaging preferences: if you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages.
  • Business information: information about your company that you share with us during discovery calls or diagnostic conversations.

2.2 Information From Advertising Platforms (Lead Ads)

If you submit a lead form within a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or LinkedIn advertisement, the platform sends us the information you submitted in that form. This typically includes your name, business email address, company, job title, and any other fields shown on the form (for example, phone number or answers to qualifying questions). Some fields may be pre-filled by the platform from your profile; you can review and edit them before you submit. The platform's own privacy policy governs how it collects and uses your information on its service.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (such as city or region);
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and the page or ad that referred you to the Site;
  • Dates and times of visits; and
  • Identifiers stored in cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (described in Section 4).

2.4 Information From Other Sources

We may receive information about you from publicly available business sources (such as your company website or professional networking profiles), from people who refer you to us, and from advertising and analytics partners.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric information) through the Site. Please do not submit this kind of information to us.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and chat messages;
  • Score and deliver your quiz or assessment results;
  • Schedule, confirm, remind you about, and conduct consultations;
  • Evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business and prepare for conversations with you;
  • Send you follow-up emails and, where you have agreed, text messages about your inquiry, appointment, and our services;
  • Send business newsletters, insights, and marketing communications, subject to your right to opt out;
  • Measure the performance of our advertising, understand which ads lead to inquiries, and show our ads to people who have visited the Site or who resemble our audience (retargeting and audience-building);
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • For any other purpose we describe to you when we collect the information, or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. See Section 11 for more information about "sharing" for advertising purposes under certain state laws.

4. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

4.1 What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your browser. Pixels (also called tags or web beacons) are small pieces of code on a web page that send information to a third party when the page loads or when you take an action, such as submitting a form. We and our service providers use these technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and improve our advertising.

4.2 Types of Technologies We Use

  • Essential technologies: needed to run the Site, forms, booking calendars, and chat (for example, those set by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Calendly).
  • Analytics technologies: help us understand how visitors use the Site. If we add Google Analytics, it will collect information such as pages visited and how you reached the Site.
  • Advertising and conversion-tracking technologies: described below.

4.3 Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel collects information about your activity on the Site (for example, pages viewed, quiz completions, and bookings) and sends it to Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We use it to measure the results of our ads, to show ads to people who visited the Site, and to find people similar to our audience. Meta's use of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can control how Meta uses this information for ads in your Meta ad preferences and in the Meta Accounts Center under your activity off Meta technologies.

4.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation. The Insight Tag collects information such as the page URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, and timestamp, and allows LinkedIn to report aggregated audience information to us (for example, job function or industry) and to measure conversions. LinkedIn does not share the identity of individual Site visitors with us through the Insight Tag. We may use it to show our ads on LinkedIn to people who visited the Site. LinkedIn's use of this information is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of LinkedIn retargeting through LinkedIn's advertising settings and, if you are not signed in, LinkedIn's guest controls.

4.5 Google Analytics (If Used)

If we add Google Analytics, Google will collect information about your use of the Site under the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4.6 Your Choices About Cookies and Tracking

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the Site (such as forms, booking, or chat) may not work properly.
  • Industry opt-out tools: you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
  • Platform settings: use the Meta, LinkedIn, and Google links above.
  • Other options: you can also limit tracking by using private browsing modes, browser extensions that block trackers, or the privacy settings on your mobile device, and you can contact us at [email protected] for help with your choices.
  • Do Not Track: there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, so the Site does not currently respond to them. Please use the cookie and advertising opt-out options described in this section instead.

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

5. Email and Text Message (SMS) Communications

5.1 Email

If you submit your email address through the quiz, a booking calendar, chat, a lead ad, or a contact form, we may send you emails related to your request, your results, your appointment, and our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as appointment confirmations or replies to your questions.

5.2 Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box or otherwise expressly agree, you consent to receive text messages from Meridian Operations Group at that number. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up on your inquiry, and information about our services, and may be sent using automated technology.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any of our services or to book a consultation.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
  • For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us send messages (such as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and its messaging carriers), and only for that purpose.

If you provide a phone number that is not yours, or if your number changes, please let us know so we can update our records.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below.

6.1 Service Providers

We share information with companies that perform services for us, under terms that limit their use of the information to providing those services. These include:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector – website hosting, forms, quiz, CRM, booking calendar, chat widget, and email and SMS delivery (privacy policy);
  • Calendly – appointment scheduling (privacy policy);
  • Video conferencing provider – Zoom;
  • Email hosting and productivity tools – Google Workspace; and
  • Other providers that help us with IT, security, accounting, and business operations.

6.2 Advertising and Analytics Partners

We share information with Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation (and Google, if we add Google Analytics or Google advertising) through the pixels and tags described in Section 4, and when we upload or match contact lists to build advertising audiences or measure ad results. These companies may also use the information for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies.

6.3 Other Disclosures

We may also disclose information:

  • To professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality;
  • To independent consultants or subcontractors who help us deliver services, under confidentiality obligations;
  • To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Meridian Operations Group, our clients, or others, and to enforce our agreements;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information may be transferred to the new owner subject to this Privacy Policy; and
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We may share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. As a general guide:

  • Lead, quiz, and inquiry information for prospects who do not become clients: 3 years from our last interaction with you;
  • Client and engagement records: 7 years after the engagement ends;
  • Records of SMS and email opt-outs: retained as long as needed to honor your request; and
  • Cookie and pixel data: according to the settings of the relevant provider.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and the security features of the platforms we use. However, no website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Please use care when sending information to us, and do not send confidential financial or company data through the chat widget or quiz. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Location of Processing

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Your Privacy Rights

11.1 Rights You May Have

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to exceptions under applicable law:

  • Access / know: to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with which we share it;
  • Correction: to request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Deletion: to request that we delete personal information we collected from you;
  • Portability: to receive a copy of your personal information in a usable format;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, "sale," or "sharing": some state laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, "CCPA") treat the use of advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising as "sharing" or a "sale," even when no money changes hands. You can opt out as described below;
  • Limit use of sensitive information: we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering this right; and
  • Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Some of these laws may not apply to us, or may not apply to information collected in a business-to-business context. We will still consider requests from any user in good faith.

11.2 How to Make a Request

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise and the state where you live. We will need to verify your identity, generally by matching information you give us with information we already have. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, which may be extended where permitted). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

11.3 How to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

To opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising (including "sale" or "sharing" under applicable state laws):

  • Adjust your browser cookie settings as described in Section 4.6;
  • Use the Meta, LinkedIn, DAA, and NAI opt-out tools listed in Section 4; and/or
  • Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

11.4 Categories Disclosure (California and Similar Laws)

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address, and cookie identifiers); professional or employment-related information (such as company and job title); commercial information (such as services you are interested in); internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing and interaction with the Site and our ads); and inferences drawn from this information (such as likely fit for our services). We collect this information from the sources described in Section 2, for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 6. Identifiers, internet activity, and inferences may be "shared" with Meta, LinkedIn, and (if used) Google for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to, or embedded tools from, third-party websites and services, such as Calendly, Meta, and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or by a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
